Limestone Grad Amy Yates named head softball coach at Pfeiffer University
Amy_YatesLimestone graduate and Assistant Softball Coach Amy Yates '06 has been named the next head softball coach at Pfeiffer University. Yates earns her first head coaching position following three seasons as an assistant under longtime Saints head coach Jimmy Martin.

"We are definitely going to miss her" said Martin. "She has been away from us for only a year out of the last eight and she has been a vital part of what we have accomplished at Limestone. She is ready to become a head coach and I am very proud of her for getting this opportunity. She is going to do well at Pfeiffer and I think it is a very good job for her".

Limestone's Pucetas added to Giants' 40-man roster

Hopefully Kevin Pucetas '06 has an unlimited plan for his cell phone. He's going to need it.

Pucetas' phone was red hot Friday night with calls and texts from friends, family and teammates as the Broome High School and Limestone product learned he had been added to the San Francisco Giants' 40-man roster.
