“Stewards of Children” Workshop Will Empower Adults to Protect Children from Sexual Abuse

Stewards_of_ChildrenLimestone College will host the Stewards of Children workshop in its AJ Eastwood Library this Saturday, Dec. 3, from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. While the session is free and open to the public, there is a $10 fee for materials.

Limestone College Fires Accused Instructor: Announces Independent Campus Investigation

Limestone College President Dr. Walt Griffin announced tonight (Nov. 12) that he has fired Robert Kolodzy, a Limestone employee accused by the Federal Bureau of Investigation of involvement with child pornography.

Kolodzy had been suspended from his duties as Instructor of Physical Education and Assistant Athletic Trainer on Thursday (Nov. 10) when Limestone authorities were first informed of his arrest.

Senior Recitals for Limestone Music Students This Weekend
Limestone College seniors William Preston Scoggins of Blacksburg and Patrick Neil Duncan of Boiling Springs will present their senior recitals this Sunday, Nov. 13, at 3:00 pm in the College's Fullerton Auditorium. The recitals are free and open to the public. While both are Music Education majors, Scoggins's concentration is in voice and Duncan's is in trombone.

Limestone College Theatre will present the classic Dr. Faustus November 10-12 in the Limestone Center Theatre. The production is the story of a man who sells his soul to the devil in exchange for fame, fortune, and power.

Curtain time for all performances is 7:30 p.m. Please be advised that this production is for audiences 16+ years.
